Nobody is entitled to a state-paid lawyer to represent or assist with an application to the Constitutional Court.
According to the law, the parties may exercise their procedural rights in person or through a representative. The personal participation of a party in the process does not prevent the participation of representatives. But, neither the Constitutional Court nor the Moldovan state will provide a lawyer, or pay for lawyer’s services.
If there is a need in a lawyer, the persons entitled to address to the Constitutional Court have to take into account that they will have to pay for these services themselves.
