Who can organise an assembly?
A large number of persons can organise an assembly in Moldova. The organiser of the event should be a person who:
- is a natural person, a group of persons or a legal person
- has full legal capacity in the case of a natural person, which means that the person should be over 18 years of age
important There are no citizenship requirements for organising an assembly in Moldova, which means that foreigners, refugees and stateless persons can also organise assemblies. Minors who have reached the age of 14 and persons subject to a judicial protection measure may only organise an assembly together with a person who is not subject to a judicial protection measure.
